Fall Outdoor 2011  Registration  Fees

• $75.00 – for the first child
• $50.00 – for each additional child
• $150.00 – maximum  per  family
• Pee Wee Soccer (Born in 2006 & 2007)  – $55.00 – maximum does not apply
• Please include a $10.00 late fee if payment is made after June  30, 2011
