As part of the Aston Youth Soccer partnership with the Philadelphia Union, AYSA has 4 tickets to EVERY Union Home Game. AYSA is making them available to all AYSA members and their family and friends for $35 per ticket. (same as if you bought directly from the team, but $5 less AND no fees!). The schedule is below.
If you are interested in purchasing tickets please e-mail Nick Randall at email@example.com. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We would prefer to sell the tickets as a group of 4, but will be willing to split them into groups of 2.

Aston Youth Soccer would like to announce our acceptance as an Club Development affiliate with Next Gen USA.
Next Gen USA is a Player Progression System dedicated to supporting U.S. Soccer by accelerating the development of promising young players who aspire to play college, professional or international soccer. By being an affiliated club with Next Gen, select players from our club will now get an opportunity to be evaluated by Next Gen and then if accepted, provided the opportunity to train with some excellent trainers and other players at their age and skill level.
Next Gen is a club neutral program, meaning that your child’s club team will come first and Next Gen is not looking to “steal” your child for their own Club team, because they do not have any club teams. This is strictly around soccer training and personal development.
We will be releasing more information around this program and the opportunities afforded our kids in the coming months. If yo would like more information on the Next Gen program or their philosophy, click HERE to view the flyer or visit their website at http://www.nextgenusa.org/.

|U6 – Co-Ed||Northley||Saturday||10am||1/31/2015||3/14/2015|
U8 Boys and U8 Girls
U8 kids will be assigned a session time. Boys and Girls will participate at different times. The first half of the session will be focused on skills training and the second half kids will be divided up into teams and will play a game. Sessions will be run by our Director of Player and Coaching Development, Juan Vintimilla and our new U9 Club team coaches. ***
U10 Boys, U10 Girls, U12/13 Boys, U12/13 Girls
The times listed above are based on full sessions. If registration numbers are too low, these will be combined.
Deadline for Registration is Sunday January 18. Late registrations will only be accepted on a case by case basis and will come with a $10 late fee per child.
Over the past few years, late registrations for our fall program have caused significant issues in trying to get our season started up on the first weekend in September. Close to 40% of our entire Intramural program (excluding Pee Wee and U6) registered after the June 30th cut off and 15% of the entire program (60 kids – which to put in perspective is the size of our ENTIRE U8 Girls program) registered in August. As you can guess this makes it very difficult to set team rosters and find coaches in less than a month while everyone is on vacation.
So, this year, we will be making some changes to our registration process to address several of our challenges.
First, if you register on-line before December 31, 2014 for the 2015 Fall Season and pay by credit card you will receive a $10 discount per child!
Second, we will no longer be accepting check payments with online registration. If you need to pay by check, you will need to mail in your registration with payment. It was too difficult to chase people who chose pay by check on-line for their payments.
Third, in an effort to get more people to volunteer to coach, anyone who volunteers to coach a team and participates in two 90 minute training sessions with our Director of Coaching and Player Development prior to August 1st will receive a $30 discount on their registration per team they coach.
Fourth, the late fee for registering after June 30th will be raised to $25 per child.
We will still hold walk-in registrations in May and June like we normally do.
If you do not want to pay by credit card, you can print out the appropriate form and mail it to us WITH PAYMENT.
AYSA is now accepting applications for the 2015-2016 new U9 Boys and Girls Club Team Coaches.
Please click the link below for the application. Applications must be received by December 15.
Coaches do NOT need to have the US Soccer National “E” license, however, if you do not have the license, you will be required to get it as soon as possible if you are chosen to be the Head Coach.
If you are chosen as the Head Coach, you will also be required to organize the U8 Winter Indoor program as this will be a very good opportunity to get to see some of the potential candidates for the 2015-16 team. It will also give you an opportunity to market tryouts.
The application must be typed and submitted via e-mail to email@example.com by December 15, 2014.
If you have any questions, please contact us via the above email address.
Aston Youth Soccer brings on Juan Vintimilla as Director of Players and Coaches
Aston Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) announced today that the club has brought on Juan Vintimilla as the club’s Director of Player and Coaches Development, effective immediately. His coaching and teaching philosophy comes from the heart. Vintimilla states, “Being a responsible coach is to have goals, and by including sports to educate and prepare children for life, helping them have fun, teaching technical skills of the game and striving to win.” He also adds, “Soccer must be kept in perspective in the overall development of youth. They should play soccer because they want to, not because they feel forced.”
The addition of Mr. Vintimilla will raise the level of player development and enhance the coaching methods within the organization. Please look for opportunities over the winter to train with Juan as we will be adding these sessions to our regualr Winter and Spring sessions.
About Juan Vintimilla
Juan comes to AYSA with 20+ years of coaching experience, which includes a USSF C National Soccer Association license and former DOC of East Stroudsburg Youth Soccer Club where he lead multiple boys and girls Premiere teams to undefeated and championship seasons, as well as the JAGS U13 Girls Premiere team to an undefeated, championship season which was ranked #13 in the state.

Continuing our tradition of raising awareness of breast health and breast cancer, Aston Youth Soccer has partnered with Superior Plus Energy Systems and Crozer-Keystone Health System to bring you Pink in the Park 2014.
All teams will receive a soccer ball and all coaches will receive specially designed t-shirts for the occasion and all kids will receive a cancer awareness bracelet courtesy of Superior Plus. Crozer-Keystone will have a table with free breast health information and will have “Kick and Juggle for a Cure” contests staffed by Sun Valley High School soccer players.
Sun Valley Soccer players will be there selling paper cleats for $1 to post on our board of support. All proceeds will be donated to Crozer-Keystone Health System’s Cancer Program. Last year, between AYSA and Sun Valley Soccer, we were able to donate over $500 to their program. Let’s see if we can beat that this year!!
